Tolchi accepts returns only in specific circumstances to maintain the quality and value of our products. A return will be approved if the product you received is defective, damaged during transit, faulty, or not as described. You are also eligible for a return if the wrong product was shipped to you.
Orders may be cancelled without any charge only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the order can be managed only through the return process.
Products that are personalized, embossed, customized, or marked as final sale are strictly non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. All packaging, dust bags, authentication cards, invoices, tags, and accessories must be returned in full. Any signs of wear, scratches, alterations, or missing components will lead to return rejection.
Premium leather products undergo an additional level of quality inspection to ensure authenticity and preserve resale value. Items damaged or altered after delivery will not be accepted.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and respond within 48 hours. If the return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization along with step-by-step instructions. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, Tolchi will arrange a free pickup where possible. If pickup is unavailable, we may provide a prepaid return label or request you to ship the item yourself.
After receiving the returned product, our quality team will carry out a detailed inspection. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days of approval, and you will be notified at every stage.
Tolchi covers the cost of return shipping for products that are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. For non-defective products, returns are not accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on Tolchi’s part.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. They are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection, although your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Tolchi issues refunds only in monetary form; we do not provide store credits. All refunds comply fully with RBI guidelines and are executed via secure, approved banking channels.
Tolchi offers exchanges for defective items, wrong shipments, or when a different color, size, or style of the same product is requested. Exchanges are processed only if the requested item is available in stock.
If the replacement product is priced higher, you will receive a secure link to pay the difference. If the replacement product costs less, the remaining amount will be refunded. For defective products, replacements are prioritized over refunds whenever possible.
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@tolchi.com along with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
We will arrange a priority replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Tolchi reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if products show signs of use, tampering, or unauthorized alterations. Returns without original packaging, authentication cards, or accessories will not be accepted.
Accounts demonstrating repeated or excessive returns, bulk purchase returns, or intentional misuse of the policy may be flagged for review. In rare cases of confirmed abuse, Tolchi reserves the right to restrict future purchases.
