At Tolchi, we strive to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. However, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to natural leather characteristics, lighting, or device settings. These natural variations are not considered defects.

• Pricing & Taxes: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• International Orders: For international customers, prices are displayed in your local currency wherever possible and include all applicable local taxes, duties, and fees as per your country’s regulations. The checkout price is final and locked at the time of payment. The amount charged in your local currency will match the displayed checkout price. If any additional local charges apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout.
• No Hidden Charges: The total payable amount, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees, is clearly displayed at checkout.
• Order Placement & Acceptance:
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
  • Order confirmation via email/SMS acknowledges receipt but does not mean acceptance.
  • Final acceptance occurs only upon dispatch.
  • Tolchi reserves the right to cancel or limit any order before dispatch.
• Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders: Tolchi may cancel or restrict orders at its sole discretion in cases of:
  • Pricing or product description errors.
  • Stock unavailability or discontinued products.
  • Suspected fraud, bulk ordering, or misuse of promotions.
• Refunds: If Tolchi cancels an order, any payment collected will be refunded in full.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other methods displayed at checkout.
• Price Lock: The price displayed at checkout is final and locked once payment is processed.
• Secure Payments: All transactions are processed via PCI-DSS–compliant, RBI-approved gateways. Tolchi does not store full card or banking details.
• International Payments: Billing is processed in INR at prevailing exchange rates, but the amount charged in your local currency matches the displayed checkout price.
• Failed Payments & Refunds: If payment is deducted but the order isn’t confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

• Domestic Dispatch: Orders within India are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and courier network.
• International Shipping: International shipping is not yet active but is planned. When enabled, timelines, duties, and shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Shipping Partner: Deliveries are managed via Shiprocket and its logistics partners.
• Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk transfer upon delivery, but Tolchi will replace lost or damaged parcels at no cost to maintain customer experience and recover claims directly from carriers.
• Reshipments: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, Tolchi will arrange re-shipment upon request; additional shipping fees will apply.
• Customs & Duties: For international deliveries (when launched), checkout prices will include all applicable local taxes and duties wherever regulations allow us to prepay them. If local collection is required instead, this will be clearly disclosed.

We want you to be satisfied with your Tolchi purchase.

• Return Eligibility: Requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
• Eligible Returns:
  • Damaged or defective products.
  • Incorrect products shipped.
  • Items significantly not matching descriptions
• Not Eligible:
  • “Change-of-mind” returns.
  • Final sale, personalized, or customized products.
• Return Conditions: Returned products must be unused, with tags, dust bags, authentication cards, and invoices intact.
• Return Shipping:
  • If defective/damaged/incorrect → Tolchi bears the cost.
  • Otherwise → returns are not accepted.
• Refund Timelines: Once the returned product passes quality checks, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• International Returns: Policy will be updated once global shipping begins.

Tolchi products are crafted with care and built to last.

• Coverage:
  • Lifetime warranty on hardware, zippers, buckles, and stitching.
  • Two-year warranty on leather manufacturing defects.
• Exclusions:
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, fading, misuse, and accidental damage.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
• Warranty Claims:
  • Customers initially bear shipping costs for warranty inspections.
  • Tolchi reimburses shipping if the claim is approved.
• Global Warranty: International customers receive the same coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tolchi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
• Tolchi is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers, except where consumer protection laws apply.

All content on www.tolchi.com, including text, designs, images, product descriptions, and trademarks, is Tolchi’s intellectual property.

• You may browse, share, and print product information for personal use only.
• You may not:
